Lahore Smart Villas
A prestigious residential development featuring 8 luxury smart villas in DHA Phase 6, Lahore. Each villa incorporates cutting-edge smart home technology, sustainable building practices, and premium architectural finishes that set new standards for luxury living in Pakistan.
The challenge
The project required integrating advanced smart home systems into a traditional construction framework while maintaining the architectural integrity of the DHA community standards. The timeline was aggressive with monsoon season overlap.
What we did
We developed a phased construction methodology that frontloaded weather-sensitive work. Our engineering team designed custom conduit systems for smart home wiring during the grey structure phase, eliminating the need for retrofitting. We used prefabricated bathroom pods to accelerate interior timelines.
Engineering notes
Raft foundation system on improved soil with 80T bearing capacity. RCC frame structure with seismic Zone 2B compliance. Double-height living areas with clear span beams up to 24 feet. Integrated rainwater harvesting and greywater recycling systems.
